This is for any out of character posting you need to do in regards to a roleplay (in other words if you have to ask somebody a question, or say something to someone that you yourself would say to them-- not your character-- it goes here). OOC threads are meant to help keep the main roleplay threads clear of any non-vital messages or messages that dont pertain to the action itself.

I'm posting here instead of sending you a PM because I want Orderly to clarify what I say here.
First off, in Zezili's profile it says that she and her brother created a sign language to communicate with each other, their own personal language. Second off, it also said that no one had the patience to try and understand what Zezili was signing after her brother died, does this mean that someone would put in all the effort to try and understand what Zezili and her brother were saying when the brother was still alive? In my opinion, no, not at all, not in this kind of universe. Third off, if all this is the case, then you would not know AT ALL what Zezili was signing, meaning your character's parents never learned the sign language, never taught you the sign language, and you wouldn't be able to correctly reply to what Zezili was signing, remember, you can't read minds in a roleplay (obviously), and you can't understand something that's not logically understandable.
Now do you see where I'm coming from?

Regarding about the sign language used by Zez, Steven is pretty close to the truth. The signing is a language made by the siblings in order to communicate. Neither of them knew American Sign Language, so they basically made up their own. Zez's brother translated, so there wasn't a real need to understand all the gestures. However, I'm sure if someone saw them often enough they'd be able to understand some of it.
I'm sorry it wasn't clear in the bio.

Yamato, I'm not being mean. You created a time paradox, in your latest roleplay post you replied after hearing what I said, but at the end you heard a shout from me, that shout came before I said sorry.
I'm sorry if I come off as a perfectionist, but I kind of have a problem with breaking the space-time continuum. |

I never said you were being mean, in my point of view it was the same as yours, you were just trying to help by letting me know about these things and to be honest, I'm glad you are letting me know about these things. Like I said to another RPer, letting me know the problems in the RP will make me a better RPer. |
